TERMS OF SERVICE

(Please read the following:)- Please communicate in English with clear, understandable grammar.- Contact and communicate through email only.- USD payments via Paypal (Invoice) or Ko-fi only.- Full-payment is due once sketching is complete, no refunds afterwards.- You may receive WIP sketches at any time to verify if it is to your liking.- Commissions may take more than 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your commission.- Prices may vary and change completely depending on the complexity of your commission.- You may ask about your commission at any time.- Each buyer will recieve a sketch.- Reference sheet or any material is mandatory.- You will recieve your PNG art / MP4 animation via email only.
(With or without watermark)- Rude / Inappropriate / Aggressive / Abusive Behaviour will result in an immediate cancellation of your commission and communication.- I can refuse your commission for whatever reason it may be.- I am allowed to post and display the commission artwork.
(With watermark or low-quality.)- You are allowed to post or use your commission for personal use. Any other usages must contact me and verify directly via email for confirmation.- You are prohibited to post the commission commercially, claiming it as your own, and/or removing my watermark.- The commission at any stage of completion must not be minted, put onto a blockchain, generated through Artificial Intellegence (AI) or NFT marketplace under ANY circumstances.- Cryptocurrencies must not be used for payment under any circumstances.- If you wish for your commission to not to be uploaded onto the internet, please tell me beforehand.
